

With more than 20 years experience in the waste management industry, co-founder and president Michael Keough specializes in providing highly efficient, cost-effective and environmentally sound waste disposal and recycling solutions to commercial, industrial and residential customers throughout the United States.
In 1996, Michael and his wife Julie founded Integrated Waste Analysts, Inc., in response to the lack of reliable, cost-efficient recycling and waste management services available to businesses and consumers.
A graduate of the University of Maryland College Park, Michael is a member of the National Association for Information Destruction, the Chesapeake Chapter of the International Facility Management Association and a founding member of the Howard County Green Business Council. He was named an “Innovator of the Year” by the Maryland Daily Record in 2004 and included on Baltimore SmartCEO’s “Future 50” in 2008.
Michael is also co-founder and president of E-Structors, Inc., an industry pioneer and leader in the secure destruction and recycling of computers, electronics and documents located in Elkridge, Maryland.

As co-founder of Integrated Waste Analysts, Inc., Julie Keough plays a key role in the company’s development of affordable engineering solutions to clients’ waste management and recycling needs.
Prior to founding Integrated Waste Analysts, Inc., in 1996 with her husband Michael, Julie worked as an electrical engineer. She also served as a channel account manager for Mentor Technologies and a technical services manager for McCabe & Associates, a leading application lifecycle management company. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from Loyola College and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Maryland College Park.
Julie is also co-founder and CEO of E-Structors, Inc., an industry pioneer and leader in the secure destruction and recycling of computers, electronics and documents located in Elkridge, Maryland.
